Yoga 1-2 Appropriate for Beginner and Intermediate level students. Class will be more vigorous and strenuous than Gentle classes.

If you are new to yoga, it is recommended that you schedule a private class before joining an on-going class. Mats, blocks and straps provided for all classes at St. Alban’s Church. Private classes by appointment.
